OIL AND GAS INSURANCE
An oil and Gas insurance policy will normally provide indemnity against all risks of loss occasioned by:
- Engagement in seismic activities.
- Exploration, exploitation, production and transportation.
- Covers construction risks or operational risks of Oil & Gas Installations, onshore or offshore. Such insurance may be provided under a construction “All Risks” policy.
- Covers physical damage to property, including control of well, as well as general third party liability.
- Including pollution risks.
